2. Administrative part - fire alarm system room - operation and maintenance room - chiller pump room - fire pump room - air compressor room - air handling units (AHU) rooms - UPS room - MDB room - in addition to a separate part of the transformer building.

First floor :

• (administrative offices - laboratories - meeting room - technical control room).

The middle surface :

• imade up of a group of industrial chillers specialized in testing.

The upper deck :

• consists of (2) chillers - smoke exhaust fan - compensation fan.suction fans.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF THE FOLLOWING :

• Power and lighting works.
• Light current works.
• Anti-Intrusion System.
• Building Control System (BMS) works.
• Fire Alarm System and Early Fire Detection (Vesda).
• Ground system and lightning rods.
• Clean room monitoring system (temperature, humidity, and purity).
• The internal network system for tests (checkout test).
