HVAC works:

  • An intelligent air-cooling system operating through the rack rows, using a screw-type compressor with a steam humidifier.
  • A backup system (N+1) based on the total cooling capacity.
  • Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units, including indoor units with an outdoor-mounted air-cooled condenser, steam humidifiers, and air ducts running under the raised floor, with floor-mounted air distribution networks.
  • A control and monitoring software integrated with other systems.

Fire Protection and Plumbing Works:

  • Ensure water supply is provided for each air conditioning unit in case a steam humidifier is used.
  • Ensure a drainage point is installed next to each air conditioning unit.
  • Ensure that all supply and drainage pipes run outside the server room.
  • Use a clean agent fire suppression system, with additional portable fire extinguishers installed near the doors.
